A newly recruited militant has been arrested by the police and government forces in Kulgam district of south Kashmir, officials said on Friday.
A police officer told a local news agency, Global News Service (GNS) that ‘C-Category’ militant identified as Shakir Ahmad from Ardkhera Imamsahib Shopian was arrested by police and government forces at Frisal Yaripora of Kulgam.
